WLPOA, Inc held its annual meeting 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 4, 2023 at the Church of Christ. Newsletters along with a proposed budget were mailed to all members several weeks prior to the meeting. Minutes of the meeting will be available soon.
All members are encouraged to attend these annual meetings and to become involved with your Association.

Safety Reminder
The Speed Limit is 25 mph throughout the Warrenton Lakes Subdivision. Please abide by the speed limit and watch for people walking along our streets and small children playing in yards adjoining the streets.
Reminder: The 25 mph speed limit is monitored on a random basis by the Fauquier County Sheriff’s department.

When speaking with these offices, be clear that we are in Fauquier County and not within the Town of Warrenton. The Town of Warrenton is not responsible for our subdivision.
